Har gået og tænkt over hvordan træningen ska struktureres den næste tid. Umiddelbart ingen gener ved pres over hovedet med en arm og bicep curls, så blir nok en røvfuld af det. Tror dog jeg holder lidt igen med 36kg kb endnu og får kørt lidt reps istedet. Dog altid demotiverende at være hæmmet. Men ja, vil give rows et seriøst skud fredag.. Setuppet til BW rows var optaget under hele træningen så pumpede lidt let istedet. Dog klart bedring efter dagligt is og let massage a patten.051013. Block weights spiller!!Dynamic pinch: 3x10KB BU clean: 10x16,28,32kg Sideplank: 1min5km jog uden ur.Go lørdags omgang der gav pump på undergunz og luft i lungerne..
