Skrev blot at den voldsomme feber var ved at forsvinde og føler det går en smule fremad. Tager en slapper dag igen idag, og tak fordi du gider bruge tid på at svare :)..

Fik iøvrigt lavet to gode BB træninger inden morgenmadsbuffeten, og så ramte thai sygen...

To uger snart gået i Thailand.. Fed tur med en masse oplevelser.. 30-45 mins BB træninger presset ind inden morgenmadsbuffeten..

MASSERE øl og thai massage...

240114: HS, DB c&p: 5x2,3,5,10x25kg, 50 rep bryst

230114: 125 rep lats, 100 rep bicep

210114: HS, 100 dips, core

200114: 100 rep lats, 100 rep bicep

190114: DB c&p: 5x2,3,5,10x50lbs

150114: HS, 150 rep lats, core

140114: HS, 150 rep bryst, core

Ingen chins pga overbelastning i venstre albue. Massere cable pullovers der har resulteret i massive doms midt i armhulen / upper lats..
