Kan jo ikke lave andet så længe mit håndled er smadret. Jeg var ved lægen idag, og han sagde at der skal gå yderligere 14 dage før jeg må begynde at lave noget! JEG ER VED AT BLIVE SINDSYG! Jeg har tegnet og fået godkendt et nyt projekt til crossfit banen hernede, jeg skal igang med at lave et squat/bænkpress stativ så jeg kan træne alt udenfor! Det skal du glæde dig til, hvis du snart kommer forbi!Min ankel bliver nok aldrig bedre. Men jeg må jo bare lade være med at løbe for meget! Det er heldigvis kun når jeg løber at jeg får problemer! Jeg bliver desværre nød til at vente med Press og BenchPress, da mit håndled ikke kan klare den belastning endnu. Jeg prøvede at løfte mit sidste Wendler Squat for at se hvor jeg lå.
