Ja det var ikke en fin trening. Overhovedet ikke min dag og det var som om at jeg kunne mærke det lige idet jeg trådte ind af døren. Pr i front squat, men i virkligheden kørte det ikke så godt. Har video af det tungeste sæt. Bænken var helt uduelig og slap, umiddelbart føltes det som om at jeg har mistet alt kontiunitet. Dødløften føltes ligeledes. Det var ikke min dag idag, jeg ser frem til en fridag i morgen og træning igen torsdag. I dag modtog jeg min foam roller så jeg har lagt herhjemme lidt og rolled på mine ben, av av.....
