Previous

I dag lavede jeg en såkaldt Jonatan Gonge. Ikke at ligne en finne, men at træne i næsten 4 timer. Jeg lavede selvfølgelig sædvanlig opvarmning og en smule til bænken. Nåede ikke at strække ud og tvivler på at jeg kommer til at ligge herhjemme og gøre det. Men ellers en rigtig fin og dog rigtig lang træning. Men vi hyggede.

Lidt rokeringer i programmet så jeg tager udstyr i bænk og squat på lørdag til landsholdssamling. Tager udstyr i dødløft som planen i morgen. Kørte vanlig opv. og lidt i bænk. Fin let træning, dog kunne det have ønskes at dødløften var lettere, den var ret træls. Glemte FULDSTÆNDIG at strække lidt ud. Mojn!

Kørte også lidt blandet i benspark, læg og triceps extensions. Kørte vanlig opv. og fik strukket en masse ud i dag. Fin og let træning med masser af energi og overskud. Træningen foregik i godt selvskab og i et langsommere tempo end normalt.

Sædvanlig lørdagstræning. Bagefter tog vi i DGI-husets vandland og fik plasket lidt samt slappet af i sauna og spa og lign. Derefter fik vi en lækker sandwich hos kylling og co. og tog ind og så MMA cage fight live. Det var nu meget sjovt :)

Søndag kører jeg en omgang bb-support samt noget udstræk af skulder.

Har ikke lige fået logget det seneste stykke tid op til DM, men fik trænet og gjorde de sidste ting klar. Dette var ikke et vigtigt stævne for mig, men et krav fra landssholdet. Desuden er det jo et nationalt mesterskab, men i og med at det ligger 7 dage forinden det nordiske mesterskab skulle vi bare gennemføre og tage det som en slags træningsdag. Er kommet lidt ned i vægt de sidste par dage da jeg vurderede at jeg var en anelse for højt. Det endte med at jeg kom en smule for langt ned, men jeg havde en idé om at jeg ville veje ind på omkring 82. Vejede ind på 81.1 og dermed meget tyndt. Alle løft var super lette, men følte mig kun 75 % klar i kroppen og hovedet. Næste uge gælder det NM og der skal jeg være 100 % klar i kroppen og hovedet. Ingen dikkedarer, men 100 % fokus og dedikation. Jeg glæder mig.

Jeg vandt for i øvrigt guld i -83kg og blev bedste sub-junior på point.
