Dynamisk opvarmning, tjek. Fin omgang dødløft, ja, men utroligt udmattende. Benene var helt pumpede og ødelagte bagefter, så måtte lige ligge ned 5 minutter og få et æble. Fik ikke strukket ud i dag, desværre.

Jaja, kørte også lidt småtterier mere b.a. 2 sæt evil wheel og nr.2 omgang pulldown var med stive arme. Fik kørt det vanlige opv. og stræk. Udemærket træning, dødløften rigtig let men de sidste sæt blev lidt hårdere da udmattelsen satte ind.

Fin træning. Fik taget et par billeder under squat til en artikel vedr. min tildeling af en lokal talentpris. Kom lidt senere til træning pga. en bus der ikke kom og fik ikke varmet godt nok op. Vanlig opvarmning og en smule til bænk. Fik ikke strukket ud, men kan være at jeg prøver lidt herhjemme. Heldigvis blev sidste sæt i squat ret god og let, så var dagen reddet. Udover træningen brugte jeg meget tid på at hjælpe hist og pist da vi var HELE 4 i squat udstyr i dag. Hæhæ.
