Hej igen

Jeg begynder at logge igen. I løbet af næste uge kommer der et par linier om, hvor jeg står, hvad mine prioriteringer og tanker er.

Generelt vil der ikke blive opdateret så ofte, men to til fire uger ad gangen.

Uge 26:

Mandag: løb 8,4km m. babyjogger @ 6.12 min/km

Tirsdag: 7 push ups

Onsdag: løb 8,4km @ 5.59 min/km

Torsdag:

Fredag: løb 4km m. babyjogger @ 6.08 min/km

Lørdag:

Søndag:

I alt: løb 20,8km

Uge 27:

Mandag: løb 8,4km @ 6.03 min/km

Tirsdag:

Onsdag: løb 8,4km m. babyjogger @ 6.04 min/km

Torsdag:

Fredag:

Lørdag: 5pull ups

Søndag: løb 6,3km @ 5.56 min/km, 5 pull ups

I alt: løb 23,1km

Uge 28 (sommerhusuge): øm/smertende hofte efter fredag

Mandag: løb 4km m. babyjogger @ 6.07 min/km

Tirsdag:

Onsdag:

Torsdag:

Fredag: løb 6,5km m. babyjogger @ 05.58 min/km; rehab skulder

Lørdag:

Søndag:

I alt: løb 10,5km

Uge 29:

Mandag: løb 8,4km @ 6.02 min/km

Tirsdag:

Onsdag: rehab skulder: rotator cuff, udspænding af forside, kropshævning og stående pres (lette vægte udført

kontrolleret)

Torsdag: løb 4km m. babyjogger @ 06.12 min/km

Fredag:

Lørdag:

Søndag: løb 10km @ 6.00 min/km

I alt: løb 22,4km

As we have previously talked about, you have to take what you can get and if there is not time for that much, then you have to make sure that what there is time for is quality work.

Absolutely, prioritizing quality over quantity is crucial in time constraints. Focus on delivering excellence in the available time, ensuring every effort contributes meaningfully to the task at hand.

Absolutely! In the hustle, prioritize quality over quantity. Making the most of the time available ensures that the work, even if limited, stands out in its excellence. Well said!

It was one of the elements in my motivation to write it.

The result was 2600m

It tells you - which I have many years of experience with - that, as an untrained person, I have a rather low starting level and therefore do not expect to be very fast either. However, I have been able to run sensibly before, so of course I expect that will happen again.

I appreciate your candid self-awareness about your starting level. Experience and determination count for a lot. No doubt, your previous success in running indicates you'll find your pace again!Nrega
