Sov foruroligende ringe i nat. 3-4 timer. Kom ellers i seng i fin tid, men kunne ikke slukke hjernen. Hvad fanden bilder jeg mig ind? Men min træning føltes god trods jeg nok ikke var i ligeså højt tempo som jeg burde.

FUUUUUUUUUCK jeg havde tilrettelagt det hele til at tage 90 reps, men talte forkert i min matematikhjerne og troede kun jeg skulle tage 5 i sidste sæt. Kunne sagtens have taget 1 mere. Easy. SÅ jeg lader som om jeg har taget 90 og stiger i kg næste uge alligevel. Fucking bøssematematik.

Der var desuden een der tog den lille kasse jeg havde brugt til at have mit papir, stopur, kuglepen, drikkedunk på, wtf? :laugh: Så pludselig lå det på gulvet ergo jeg var nødt til at bukke mig endnu længere ned for at skrive sæt ned. Det var sgu lidt irriterende. Han undskyldte bagefter, og jeg behøver nok ikke terapi. Men altså. Come on.

Formiddagscardio:

Hen til posthuset (hele 750 meter), hente min 23 kg pakke fra bulkpowders, gå med den hjem. Pakkens udformning (hint: formet som en pakke/kasse, åh åh, crazy), gjorde at jeg ikke kunne holde den ordentligt, så det var rimelig vildt for mine underarme. Av i dem sagde det.

Hvorfor gik du egentligt væk fra dit 3-5-split program?

23 kg

10 kg proteinpulver

10 kg peanutbutter

Nogle ZMA piller, som jeg ikke har prøvet før, så har ikke købt så mange til at starte med.

3-5 split kræver for mange træningsdage ift. hvad der er realistisk pt.

Og det er RET sjovt at træne sådan her, optimalt set træner jeg alligevel 2 dage on, 1 dag off, repeat, så det er alligevel ~5 dage om ugen.

Vi lagde godt mærke til dig i går, men var bange for at tale med dig, pga. den store omgang matematik du udsætter hjernemanden for, når du kører din EDT WOD.

Da du kiggede væk et øjeblik, prøvede vi at smugkigge i dine træningsnoter, men det eneste vi så, var en masse - l l -, tallet 15 og bogstaverne GHR.

Men vi blev enige om, at vi gerne vil have lige så flotte og store ben som dig.

Som I kan se slackede jeg ret meget i dag. Det var med vilje. Af den grund var det første bentræning på EDT hvor jeg ikke har måttet ligge på gulvet bagefter. Jeg troede faktisk jeg lavede lidt mere i GUNS-runden, men jeg gad ikke og snakkede med Michel i stedet, lol. Men helt fint.

Nu har jeg efterårsferie. Det er jeg meget, meget taknemmelig for. Nu laver jeg bare ingenting og hører

I stedet for at holde min overkrop nærmest 90 grader ift. min underkrop, er det nu med hænderne bag hovedet+så strakt krop som det nu er muligt...
