Ikke så meget larm i loggen, men fornuftige træninger med solide vægte.

Har du god erfaring med GVT? Masse og styrkemæssigt?

Ja både og, de 2 øvelser med 10x3,4,5 tager lang tid og det blev mig og min makker i hvert fald træt af til sidst.

Omvendt får man et rigtig godt pump og får arbejdet muklerne igennem ved programmet så vil i hvert fald anbefale det!

Hjemme fra Sydfrankrig, Nice

Har været en uge i Nice, rigtig lækkert klima dernede med 30+, knap så god stenet strand,

var lidt kulturel og tog også en dag rundt på scooter.

Bear

Har startet træningen op igen med en omgang cut, skal lave tag resten af sommeren så vil se om jeg

kan få trænet 2x om ugen og løbet 2x, og vedligeholde styrken.

Har valgt at lave et fullbody der benytter Pavels Bear princip, da det virker godt for mig til at øge/vedligeholde styrken.

Der vil være 2 faste hjælpeøvelser til de 3 bear øvelser og derudover hvad jeg lige har lyst til.

Startvægt efter træning: 87,5 kg.
