Masse og styrkemæssigt?TakJa både og, de 2 øvelser med 10x3,4,5 tager lang tid og det blev mig og min makker i hvert fald træt af til sidst.Omvendt får man et rigtig godt pump og får arbejdet muklerne igennem ved programmet så vil i hvert fald anbefale det!
