Og det gør det lidt vanskeligt. Men hellere samme antal og korrekt stil.Forrige uge blev en bundskraber træningsmæssigt. Kun en gang chin-ups og ingen løb. Heldigvis fik det ikke alvorlige konsekvenser for vægten.
