Men dette må være den fjerde gang i mit liv nogen har spurt dette. Søren W Posted March 31, 2009 Report Share Posted March 31, 2009 Ok så fortæld hr BozoSøren W. hvad er der galt med min træningFørst vil jeg lige kommentere på din brug af Bozo sammen med mit navn, det er yderst uelegant sat sammen.Mht. din træning er der for mange øvelser, for få sæt, tåbelige øvelser, f.eks. ser jeg tre øvelser til underarme, det blir du hverken stor eller stærk af. Find et program på nettet et sted og kør efter det i stedet, du kommer ingen vejne med det du laver nu. Tager jeg fejl må du meget gerne irettesætte mig med hvilke resultater du har haft, som jeg ser det er du alt for slap i forhold til hvor længe du har trænet og din vægt. Søren W Posted March 31, 2009 Report Share Posted March 31, 2009 Du løfter bare ikke ret meget vægt taget din vægt og træningserfaring i betragtning, det må jo betyde der er noget galt et sted, jeg er ikke et sekund i tvivl om, at det er din træning den er galt med.
