TranceT Posted December 23, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 23, 2011 (edited) Skal du ikke lave noget film af dine squats?Tjoh - herhjemme har jeg ikke rigtigt rammerne til (funktionelle) videoer (dårlig belysning, dårligt kamera), men skal snart joine en kammerat til lidt fællestræning i fitness-world, så kan det måske lade sig gøre dér Edit: Hvis du blot undrer dig over om det er godkendt dybde, kan jeg hurtigt sige det ikke er Min partial (til bænk) er nok en 60-70%, hvor min "full"squat er 80-90% (går umiddelbart så dybt som jeg føler lænden kan kapere, men dog dybere end min såkaldte partial). Den var ved at stagnere lige inden lockout, men det gik uden at min gamle far skulle give en hånd - han stod godt nok og var lidt paf bagefter ), 5*120, 2*10*100, 4*10*80 (ben oppe). Var godt nok ør i skallen efter jeg havde løftet de 140, men er jo også sjældent jeg presser CNS'et så meget kg-mæssigt Rack-pulls: 10*100, 5*150, 3*10*120Ez-drag curls: 10*10*50Fed trænings-afslutning for 2011 Målet må være at nå 150 kg ved udgangen af 2012, og med lidt held få en mere samarbejdsvillig lænd.
