Kan godt være det er forebyggende for kvinder at hive i elastikker, men ved ikke lige om det er sagen for mit vedkommende ... Men tak for buddet Dagens træning: Ingen - fuldstændig flad efter work (og havde ikke engang tid til at træne guns på arbejdet idag ) - har dog fri imorgen, så der må den stå på en god gang FB! Har en håndvægt til 50mm, hvilket gør det muligt at køre 2h grundet bredden. Super hård, og superstrict! Gav det onde pump, og allerede i 4 sæt smertede det i peak på bisp! Han valgte at komplimentere mit patværk, ved at sige jeg havde større og mere faste patter end hans kone (han fik lige sat hånden på den ene, da han skulle trykke skulderen).. Han var overbevist om at jeg havde smidt mange timer i dem, hvilket jeg bestemt også har - efterfølgende fik mine guns thumbs-up, da jeg skiftede til arbejdskluns på arbejdet...
