Var ikke videre fan, og ville hellere køre ben Skrå Ben-pres : 2*10*100, 2*10*150, 10*1004 sæt blandet triceps-sjovVar i fields og shoppe lidt tøj med en kollega, hvorefter den stod på fællestræning i fitness world - semifyldt og under ombygning Høj intensitet (pauserne var udelukkende mens den anden kørte sit sæt, hvilket jeg ikke rigtig er vant til ).Det eneste jeg savner herhjemme, når jeg har trænet i center, er en benpres-maskine. Er lækkert at kunne presse benene maksimalt, uden at lænden fucker.
