Som jeg selv havde forudset var det e kraftig forstuvning og nogle smadret ledbånd. Udsigterne til tung vægt træning er derfor sat på standby i en længere periode. Jeg krydser finger for at jeg kan være med til Battle of London, hvis jeg ikke bliver klar der, så håber jeg i det mindste at jeg kan være på toppen til CrossFit Games Open 2014! Jeg har tidligere kørt det i en længere periode og har været meget tilfreds med det. Nu hvor min hånd er umedgørlig, bliver jeg også nød til at finde på noget andet træning som kan gavne mig. I starten vil jeg køre med 10 kg under max i Press for at skåne mit håndled. Dødløft skifter jeg ud med Front Squat så jeg får to Squat dage om måneden. Grunden til at jeg har skiftet Dødløft ud med Front Squat er for at styrke mine svagheder. lige nu er mit Dødløft 225 kg, Back Squat 160 kg og Front Squat 140 kg.
