mugge Posted July 4, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 4, 2011 (edited) Tilbage efte en uges vandreferie i Østrig med kone, barn og svigerfamilie. Dejligt at gå rundt oppe i bjergene hele dagen. Efter dagens vandretur fik jeg svælget i den gode og solide lokale mad og nedsvælget et par liter Weizenbier pr. dag. Så trods 7-8 timers vandring om dagen i 5 dage tog jeg to kg. på.Men nu har jeg yderligere en uges ferie med mulighed for løb og styrketræning.Idag løbetur rundt om søerne fra mig selv (nyt domicil) ca. 7,3 km ingen tidstagning. Dejlig løbebane.5 intervaller a 400 meter, hver interval løbet på 1,45 minut for de 3 første og lidt mere for de to sidste. Det regnede dog kun i de 44 minutter, hvor jeg var ude I weekenden kanotur på Mølleåen, med drengens klasse og forældre, Nøj hvor jeg glæder mig Ferien i USA havde ikke været godt for min vægt, som i dag sagde 86,1 kg.
