mugge Posted October 7, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 7, 2012 Så var det E-løbet for første gang for mig. Jeg tog den med ro, da jeg var usikker på, hvor hårde bakkerne var. De var nu ikke ret hårde. Jeg klarede det på 1time og 22 min og kunne vist godt have givet mere gas. Det hele blev taget i komfortzonen. Nu skal oausen med styrketræning slutte. Vil satse på 2 gange løb om ugen og 2 måske 3 gange styrketræning. Iden kommende uge bliver det nok kun til en gang styrk og 2 gange løb.
