CasperETP Posted May 19, 2010 Author Report Share Posted May 19, 2010 Det er sgu nedtur Jeg mener at jeg læste noget i en log herinde et sted, på et tidspunkt, med at skinnebensbetændeslse i nogle tilfælde kunne overkommes ved at pakke skinnebennet ind i varme sokker. Feks. tage flere par fodboldssokker el.lign på (klippe hul i dem) ligesom benvarmere, og så løbe med dem på. Kan dog ikke huske hvor jeg læste det desværre.tak for sympatien, men jeg tror ikke det er skinnebens-betændelse. Min ankel er halv dårlig pt. og derforprøver min krop at skåne den når jeg løber, tror jeg laver et minimalt vrid ubevidst, der efter nogle tusind stød giver skinnebens-bøvl.Jeg holder dog ikke op med at spille fodbold, da det virker som om det stadig er muligt Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
