1200m opvarmning

4x60m spurt

Klassisk styrke - ben:

baglår 45kg maskine max reps x 2

Hofte bøjer 10kg max reps x 1

Læg 40kg max reps x 3x2

Squat 80kg max reps x 1 30 reps! PR

Squat 100kg max reps x 1 12 reps! PR

15 deadhang pullups (med pullups mener jeg håndfladerne peger væk)

42 pushups

36 situps.

Så det er piv elendigt, det skal så lige siges at jeg ikke brændte fuldstændig ud i første runde.

Vil da ikke sige at det er piv elendigt, kender mange som ikke kan tage så mange pull ups! :bigsmile:
