Devious Builder Posted May 13, 2015 Author Report Share Posted May 13, 2015 Løbebånd i dag: 5400 meterStyrketræning:- side delts: 3 sæt- rear delts (maskine): 3 sæt- biceps: 1 sæt med 17,5 kilo- pull-ups med kropsvægt: 7x- triceps over head press: 2 sæt- bryst: 2 sætTog en lur på 20 minutter og en proteinshake inden træning. Det var vist et godt pre-workout setup. Jeg havde i hvert fald meget energi til at gennemføre dagens træning. Havde en 700 ml drikkedunk med til træning med High5 pulver, og så drak jeg rent vand da den var tømt. Post-workout meal var 2 små pølsehorn fra Lidl, der var købt med 50% rabat efter kl. 20.
