Fleste reps i klatrebjælke. Højre pec blev en smule øm og spændt, men godt at få testet chins igen. Snart tUNGE!KB BU curl: 4x5x12kgKB rev curl: 3x8x12kgSuper go træning hjemme i stuen med favorit øvelserne chins og BUP. Go BU volumen og massere power i pressene påtrods af lette vægt. Super brede chins uden ubehag nogen steder. Massere blod i lats!Side plank: 1minSuper go træning alene i tomt gym med "five finger death punch". Ingen smerter nogen steder og massere reps med klasse øvelser. Sjovt og pinligt som en go træning er noget af det der får mig i bedst humør :).. Mandagens træning rykket frem til søndag.
