Hvordan er din nuværende træning struktureret... er det bare training by instinct ?

I min sommerferie var det bare hvad jeg havde lyst til at træne, men træner igen fast med resten af BB teamet. Begynder på nyt program i morgen, hvor det er 3 dage om ugen.

Dog tager jeg sikkert en dag ekstra til eksempelvis lidt ekstra skulder, arme, læg og hvad jeg ellers har lyst til.
