Jeg lider dog lidt under, at vægten ikke rykker sig fra 77-78kg (inkl. kreatin bloat). I min Fru Erik-cycle er jeg oppe på solide 5x3x132,5 i OL-ben og lette 5x3x95 i snatch pulls. Det er meningen, at der ikke skal grindes så regner/håber at ramme 140-45 og 110-ish inde re-set. VL-teknikken er også begyndt at være helt fornuftig igen - især i træk som jeg aldrig rigtig har haft fokus på. Mangler bare lige at få sat styrke+teknik sammen.Ellers kører jeg noget "conjugated-method" inspireret træning for overkroppen med en ME dag, hvor jeg roterer øvelse ca. hver 3. uge. Ramte en god 3'er på 115 i bænk sidste uge. Hvis alt det her skulle rage nogen.........Torsdag:15 min to establish a 1RM Snatch:1 x 72,5kg- Fokus på teknik (filmede en del løft). Målet er, at lukke de 90 inden året er omme, hvilket bestemt er realistisk...
