Bænkpres (Opvarmning): 1x10 @ 40, 1x10 @ 50, 1x5 @ 60

Floor press (ME): 1x5 @ 60, 1x5 @ 70, 1x3 @ 80, 2x2 @ 85

Tate press: 3x10 @ 7

Elastrik pushdown: 50 i alt fordelt over 20 - 15 - 15

Pull-ups (smalt parallelt greb): 5 - 5 - 4 @ +2,5

DB curls: 3x10 @ 7

Det er i teorien. ;-)

For at gøre en lang historie kort, så fik jeg en muskelskade i lænden for et par uger siden, så jeg starter stille og roligt. Jeg skrev ME, fordi det egentlig er min ME da, hvor jeg skulle jave lavet front squat.

Close-grip bænkpres: 1x5 @ 50, 1x5 @ 60, 1x3 @ 70, 1x2 @ 75, 2x3 @ 70

Front raises: 3x10 @ 5,25

Elastrik pushdown (lille lilla elastik. Stående): 50 i alt fordelt over 20 - 15 - 15

Pull-ups (smalt parallelt greb): 3x5 @ +2,5

DB curls: 3x10 @ 11
