Dødløft:

Du har helt ret Simon. Jeg har slet ikke løftet tunge vægte nok i bænk. I dødløft var jeg oppe op lave 8 x 1 @ 140. Jeg prøver at makse igen om et par uger. I mellemtiden skal jeg løfte noget tungere.

Træning d. 4/8:

Squat:

1 x 8 @ 40

1 x 5 @ 60

5 x 3 @ 65

Bænkpres:

1 x 8 @ 50

1 x 5 @ 70

1 x 3 @ 80

5 x 1 @ 90

Pull-ups:

3 x 5

Crunches:

3 *10 @ 10
