Min bænkpres mangler fuldstændig opspænd, men med Slivs hjælp tror jeg alligevel der var en lille bitte forbedring.Benchpress:1 x 4 @ 80 kg2 x 3 @ 90 kg3 x 3 @ 105 kg2 x 3 @ 110 kg :4thumbup: De var hurtige og jeg fornemmede at der var mange flere reps i mig.
