Og det forstår man da godt med den træning der blev lagt for dagen. En dødløftsession der varede halvdelen af mit pas, med maxløft og på randen af failure. Det ene løft efter det andet blev grindet op. Derefter blev det til stivbenet dødløft fra box. Ja, gade vide hvorfor du har ondt i ryggen...Jeg kørte ekstrem mind to muscle i biceps.
