Er der ikke noget decideret mavetræning i dit program, eller undlader du bare at notere i så fald?? :unsure:

Der er ingen decideret mavetræning i mit program af to grunde.

Den første er at mine mavemuskler åbenbart er nonresponsive på den måde at jeg er lige så god til maveøvelser uden at træne dem, som jeg er når jeg ikke træner dem. Mht. Dragon flags, så blev jeg rent faktisk dårligere til dem ved at træne dem, så hvorfor bruge tid på det?

Den anden grund er at mine mavemuskler ser fine nok ud og, i forlængelse af den første grund, ikke bliver markant eller bare marginalt bedre end når jeg ikke træner dem.

Jeg synes egentlig de får nok at se til ved squat, dødløft, frontsquat, chins og pullovers, og de er som regel mere ømme efter de øvelser end efter en decideret mavetræning :unsure: :xmas:

Fik lavet 45 minutters powerwalk, som bare spillede max :w00t: Det var sq helt dejligt at komme ud på vejene ugen efter en mindre pause på ca 1 uge. Fik nok svedt et mindre gadekær og det er jo bare fint, for så kan jeg roligt køre nogle prots i skuffen om lidt :) Ser ud til at quadsne er vokset lidt, da både bukser og tights er strammere end ellers. Eller også er det bare :bootyshake: der er vokset :lol:

Hepburn program; Uge 4, dag 3:

Squatdag. Alt andet blegner ved siden af. Hele ugen ved man at den kommer, men på dagen er der alligevel nervøs kriller i maven. Kan man eller kan man ikke :tongue: Hele dagen kan man gå og spekulere over om man kan gøre det ordentligt eller det bare bliver noget crap <_<

Heldigvis var det en rimelig god dag, så squatten var ok eller egentlig rimelig fornuftig. Det havde åbenbart hjulpet lidt at gå og puste sig selv op til den :) Jeg synes egentlig at squat er den øvelse hvor det mentale, i størst udstrækning, afgør om det er knald eller fald. Uden at tro på det føles den laaaangt tungere, end hvis man går ind og er klar til at voldtage den skide squatstang :devil:

Resten af træningen var også helt ok, selvom højre skulder driller en smule i closegrip BP og skal have et par tons sæt for at være ordentlig klar :cussing: Ellers fik vi prøvet Glutehamraises, selvom det stort set kun var negativer vi kørte :devil: Det spiller egentlig riiiiimelig godt, for skinkestrengene blev sq brændt rimelig heftigt aw. Hvis ikke jeg tager meget fejl kommer jeg til at humpe rundt som en anden quasimodo imorgen :lol:

Dagens tal; Squat osv...

Squat: (opv. 100x3, 140x2, 170x1) Ws. 180x1, 2x1@190,195x1, 200x1, 5x5@160 (En del bedre end den syge omgang sidst, selvom røven hang i vandskorpen på de sidste 2 sæt).

OL-Rows: 130x5, 4x5@140 (Lænden var grillet rimelig godt efter squat, så det var lidt wimpy).

Reverse uprightrows: 3x8@90 (Makkeren mente den skulle hedde Assjiggling rows istedet for reverse upright rows....gad vide hvorfor <_< ).

Closegrip BP: 2x6@120, 130x6, 140x5 (Skulderen driller, så jeg vidste ikke om jeg kunne lave mere end 120. Efter et par sæt kunne den dog sagtens, selvom den wimpede ud i sidste sæt).

Glute/ham-raises (Negatives): 6,5,5,5 (Det var lige akkurat muligt at lave et enkelt koncentrisk rep med lidt hjælp med nallerne, men ellers blev skinkerne brændt rimelig godt igennem til negative failure :devil: :lol: ).

Negative failure is ruzzian way. Only in weak pathetic America people stop before failure. This is why americans are so puny... :santa2::devil:

Exactly! In Russian way we go to point far beyond point for failure, even point for negative failure...yes you hear is correct, we even go beyond negative failure. This however is only possible in russian athlete or athlete from eastern europe who feed regularly on squid caught deep in bottom of Baltic sea.

This fantastic high protein deep sea Baltic squid, who make western squid look puny and weak, combine with special athlete DNA and enable athlete to go very far beyond point of negative failure so he can reach ultimate pinncale in musclebuilding program :santa2:

Another satisfied customer and proof positive that any puny weakling from west will benefit from program of russia and Deep sea Baltic squid.

This however is only beginning. At advanced level, athlete will learn to go beyond stage of negative failure to abslolute static failure. Average athlete will be able to go into static failure stage within 4 months with special training and supplementation. From this stage it is not far to pinnacle of musclebuilding technique. Secret technique in combination with superprotein from squid will make athlete possible to go into absolute isometric failure and make gain in strenght and mass that only can be in dreams in puny western gym. How is this possible you say? I will tell you in a minute, but first training from today ;)

Hepburn program; Uge 4, dag 4:

Puny gym was all empty today so good training was possible without interference from weaklings crowding place and taking up weights. All training was good and strong, so squidproducts are once again working perfect. Even training for arm and training for calve was good and forearms will experiency once again to be mighty in exercise. Special russian version of pullover with arm bent in precise 87% angle worked powerfull into triceps and back. Soon clothes will need to be replaced because they are not big enough for massive delts and hangarwide lats.

Ps. sipping on squidjuice make workout go faster and more with power.

Dagens tal; Det løse:

Highpulls: 100x3, 100x3, 105x3, 105x3, 110x3 (Sidste sæt kom ikke lige så højt som de andre, men det var stadigvæk bedre end sidst :) ).

Ez-Pullovers: 2x8@stang+50, stang+52½x8, stang+52½x6 (Brændt aw tilsidst, glemte en slurk squiddy :( ).

Incline dumbbellcurls: 20x8, 20x9, 22½x5, 20x7 (det 3 sæt var for tungt, og brændte mig helt af, så 4 sæt ikke duede så godt. Ellers god guntræning :) ).

Standing wristcurls: 65x13,10,10,9 (Spiller jo, bedre end sidst).

Unilateral toepress: slæde+120x22, 3x15@slæde+140. (Udemærket).

Holder du med cleangreb eller snatchgreb? Hvor langt får du dem op? Til brystvorterne. Højere?

Jeg bruger clean greb og får den ca op til der hvor patten starter. Det er en fed øvelse, så den vil jeg helt sikkert bibeholde fremover :santa2:

Hepburn program; Uge 5, dag 1:

Arhhhhhhh :devil: Træningen spillede totalt max idag. Centeret var ligefrem befolket idag, så der blev både til en gang ond træning og en ond gang kæbe. Kort sagt kunne det ikke være meget bedre :) Det mindede jo næsten helt om gamle dage i Olympic B) Dødløft var god, og det var stort set alt andet også. Nogle siger godt nok "stimulate, don't annihilate" men den fik satme en på brillen idag, og jeg sad ligefrem og smånikkede i bussen på vej hjem. Appetitten er på turbo, så noget siger mig at det var en naaaaasty omgang der nok kommer til at kunne mærkes i de næste par dage :evillaughter: Godt der er masser af squid på lager ;)

Dagens tal; Dødløft osv:

Dødløft: (opv.100x4, 140x2, 180x1, 200x1), Ws.210x1, 212½x1, 212½x1, 2x1@215, 5x5@175 (Yep yep :devil: Nu begynder det så småt at ligne noget, selvom der stadigvæk er et stykke op til de 250 :santa2: De sidste "lette" sæt var "seikoagtigt hårde, men min gamle PR på 220 er hvertfald overkommelig nu).

Clean & Press: 2x3@80, 3x3@85 (Totalt flad i benene og ryggen. Ingen god ide at lave den her efter 10 sæt dødløft :lol: ).

Flyes: 2x8@25, 3x8@28 (Flyes spillede bare for vildt idag, super stil, der var lige til stilpoint :lol: ).

Legextensions: 3x12@hele stakken (Ikke helt tosset og selv om det er en girlieman øvelse sad den nu meget godt....om ikke andet så som active relaxation .lol: ).

Seated Hammercurls: 2x8@20, 22½x8, 22½x7 (Sad godt og kunne ikke være meget bedre :) ).

Unilateral seated calfraises: 35x19, 3x15-16@40 (Sad også som den skulle :) ).

Derudover er den nye chinbar endeligt kommet op at hænge, så den får en tur på onsdag. Bliver fedt at kunne chinne på en ordentlig tykkelses stang, som ikke er glat som bare fanden og drejer rundt :tongue:

Regnede også lige på vores håndvægte, og det viste sig at jeg aldrig har talt håndvægtenes håndtag med, når jeg har regnet vægtenes vægt ud. Dvs. jeg kun har talt skivernes vægt sammen, og der skal ca 2kg oven i vægten eller? Hvordan ser det ud rundt omkring, er håndtagene med i vægten eller? Vi har de blå Eleiko håndvægte med tykke håndtag.

OL-rows er bare Barbellrows hvor man står lidt mere oprejst end ~45grader. De kaldes vist også Yates rows eller Cherrypicker rows. Kært barn har mange navne :)

Du har vist en lille bulgarsk vægtløfter i din mave der vil ud ;)

Jo, de er med reversegrip. Synes at reverse grip til enhver tid er bedre end almindeligt greb :)
