Efter ca. 20 min dernede havde han fået kørt 30 sæt. :freaked:Ja den får kraftstejlme én over nakken får tiden! Den tunge dag tager os ciiirka 45 min og der bliver banket mellem 28 og 34 sæt af. Den lette dag - som idag - er vi cirka én time om at banke 35 til 45 sæt af… og SÅ 20-30 min cardio. Christian Thibaudeau er en ubdehagerlig person - syg i hovedet, intet mindre! Lækker træning! That having been said, doing too much steady-state cardio is indeed a sure-fire way to lose muscle mass (especially in the lower body) so we don't want to turn into gerbils by running on the wheel 4-5 times per week. Aerobic work by itself is pretty ineffective, but doing it for a relatively short period of time (20-30 minutes) at the end of the lactate-inducing sessions can enhance the efficacy of that day: the LIS drastically increases fatty-acids mobilization because of the increase in growth hormone. Adding a short steady-state aerobic session at that point will help you use up more of these released fatty acids. Hehehe… Jeg kører ikke efter sommer/vinter cyklusser. Jeg vil bare gerne under 10% og det skulle meget, meget gerne være ramt om 2 1/2 uge. (7-9-13, salt i øjnene og prygl på en sigøjner kvinde). Derfra skal der regaines, dog med en 2% tolerancetærskelpolitik. Fedtprocenten må ikke komme over 12% igen - for så skal der cuttes. Ha' det bra i det nordjydske! Cable flyes allow you to really isolate and define the muscle and really bring out those striations and cuts you've been working so hard for. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. also I see lots of protein from fish and milk - the latter being particularly rich in anabolic properties and the former being full of healthy fats. This is what a proper muscle-building diet should look like. You gotta give your body and muscles the proper nutrients or you won't grow. essensen Posted August 15, 2007 Report Share Posted August 15, 2007 Hej Essensen Ja, det er netop den.Jeg træner selv derhenne fordi jeg synes det er det bedste FDK-center der findes, der er flere bænkpresbænke, godt med stænger af OK kvalitet - ingen af dem er bøjede, forskellige gode stativer til chins og dips, fint område med GODE håndvægte, et par squat-racks, acceptabel musik når man beder dem tænde for CD'erne istedet for radioen, godt med plads og så venter man stort set aldrig på at komme til.Af nedturs-siderne er så er der mange wallaher der små-råber og skændes om hvis mobil er den nyeste og/eller bedste og håndvægtene går kun til 40kg. Der er heller ingen bumperplates eller DL-område, så hvis man DL'er skal man være lidt forsigtig med at smide stangen.Men alt i alt er jeg godt tilfreds.Okay - altid godt at vide, hvis man får lyst til lidt afveksling Hva' er prisen ?
